Campus Involvement

Student organizations can play an important role in your success while at the University of Michigan. Getting involved can help you meet new people, find new passions and learn valuable skills for college and beyond. We are proud to recognize over 1,500 registered student organizations, covering every interest including creative and performing arts, health/wellness, academics, activism, religion and spirituality and sports and recreation.

A great way to learn about organizations is to visit Festifall and Northfest in September (and Winterfest in January) and browse through the tables of all the organizations there. Students can also search Maize Pages (maizepages.umich.edu) to find specific groups that are of interest. Students can edit their interests in their personal profile on Maize Pages to receive customized organization and event suggestions.

Center for Campus Involvement

The Center for Campus Involvement (CCI) is the go-to resource for getting involved. It is home to student organization support, training, and leadership development. CCI also hosts 300+ student events throughout the academic year, such as UMix Late Night, concerts, poetry slams, Finals Survival Breakfast, Change Our World and much more.
